Deadlifts & You

Morning, folks! We’ve got a new video up on the Restore/Thrive YouTube Channel for your viewing pleasure. We’re big advocates of learning the basics movements of strength training in our gym. The Deadlift is one of the best yet least understood and poorly executed of those movements. When used properly, there’s absolutely no better lift to develop strength, power, and a sturdy trunk (what some of you would refer to as “the core”, from now on let’s reserve that term for the section of the apple you don’t eat).
