A Halloween Goody

Morning Folks! Hope you all are enjoying your Halloween Tuesday-try to save some of that candy for the trick-or-treaters. We’ve dropped another video on our YouTube Channel.

This time we’re talking about one of the exercises we see people doing wrong in the gym most frequently: the pushup. There’s a lot of ways you can get a pushup done, but there’s only one way to do it without torching your shoulders and elbows.
