Morning Folks. We’re back on the YouTubes today with some new content for everyone.

We absolutely love treating athletes, especially the injured variety that worry they’ll never return to their sport again. Today, we’re getting after a simple assessment golfers (and non-golfers, too, for that matter) can do to assess how well they move from head to toe. We call it the overhead squat test. This one test tells us a ton about how you move, how flexible you are, and how strong you are. Dig in and see how you do.
