Sway & Slide

Morning Folks! We’re back with Part 4 of our series on golf swing faults and the ways you can cure them with individualized exercises in the gym. Today we’re talking about the wrong kind of hip motion in the golf swing: Sway (too much side-ways movement in the backswing) and Slide (too much side-ways movement in the downswing). If you’ve got either of these, you’re likely to mishit the ball fat or thin on a regular basis.
