YouTube Tuesday: Thrower’s Edition

Morning Folks! We’re back on the Restore/Thrive YouTube Channel today with some new content. Today we’re talkin’ baseball, my first sporting love. Specifically, we’re getting into how to warm-up your shoulders before you go out and throw. This series of drills is effective for baseball and softball, as well as any other sport that involves overhead movement (tennis and swimming come immediately to mind) as well as sports like golf that use the arms extensively.
