Morning, Folks! We’re back on the YouTube today talking about one of the oldest, most tried (and true?) methods of recovery in the game of baseball: icing your arm. The cold and numb feeling this method imbues gives us the sensation of decreased soreness and swelling, but is that what it’s actually doing?
