Rogue Monster Bands: We recommend and use these bands to help deal with joint restrictions. Personally, we’ve used the green (RF #3) band for almost 4 years now and it’s still as effective as the day we bought it. Not a bad ROI for $20.

Lacrosse Balls: A must-have in your mobility tools arsenal if you’re going to deal with your soft-tissue restrictions. Travels well and simulates the hands-on work you’d get from a deep-tissue massage therapist for a fraction of the cost.

Voodoo Floss Bands: The best way to deal with a swollen joint. An intermittent compression wrap that restores normal joint range of motion and decreases swelling fast.
