Direct access in Kansas — book without a doctor’s note.
A real endpoint
Most issues resolve in 6–10 visits.
INITIAL EVALUATION (60 MIN)
A thorough one-on-one assessment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We find the root cause, build your plan, and tell you how many visits you’ll need.
FOLLOW-UP CARE PACKAGES
Where you land depends on how much care your situation calls for. The more visits in your package, the lower your per-visit rate.
Package options.
We offer follow-up care in four package sizes, and we recommend the right one for you at your evaluation:
6 visits — for acute, single-issue recovery
10 visits — our most common plan of care
15 visits — for more involved or multi-area issues
20 visits — for post-surgical or complex recovery
We accept all major credit cards, HSA, HRA, and FSA. On request, we’ll provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
How much does cash-pay physical therapy cost at Restore Thrive?
The initial 60-minute evaluation is $225. Follow-up care packages range from $1,170 to $3,300 depending on how many visits your situation requires, with the per-visit rate decreasing as the package size increases. We recommend the right package for you at your evaluation.
Do you take insurance?
No. Restore Thrive is a direct-access, cash-pay practice. Not billing insurance lets us offer one-on-one, 60-minute sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy at transparent, upfront prices. On request, we can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Is cash-pay physical therapy more expensive than using insurance?
Often it’s less, once you account for the full picture. Insurance-based clinics bill your plan a high per-visit rate, your insurer reimburses a fraction, and the difference is frequently billed back to you months later. With cash-pay, the price you see is the price you pay — no surprise bills.
Do I need a referral to start?
No. Kansas is a direct-access state, so you can be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist without a physician’s referral. You can book directly with us.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. We accept HSA, HRA, and FSA accounts, along with all major credit cards. On request, we’ll provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
